On behalf of the 2025 Board of Directors of JCI Queensway, I am wishing every reader a prosperous 2025 filled with success and good health! It is my greatest honor to serve as your 2025 President of JCI Queensway.

JCI Queensway has been committed to cultivating young leaders for the past 40 years. Our slogan for 2025 is “Lead with Pride, Be a Leader”. We will build on the efforts and results of all our past leaders and continue to train young global citizens. As our JCI Creed mentioned, earth's great treasure lies in human personality and that service to humanity is the best work of life.

Following JCI’S mission, next year we will focus on 4 major directions:

1.⁠ ⁠The 5th Extraordinary Branding Awards - greater efforts will be made to support Hong Kong brands and young leaders expanding into the Greater Bay Area and to leverage our cooperation agreements signed with multiple Mainland youth organizations.

2.⁠ ⁠Integration Project for People with Disabilities - Our community development project promotes inclusion of people with disabilities, by serving them within the community and educating more young leaders to create a more harmonious environment within Hong Kong.

3.⁠ ⁠International exploration - Promote the uniqueness of JCI that makes it stand out among other organizations, our international reach. We will lead more members to expand their international horizons through events such as the Asia and the Pacific Conference and visits to our sister chapters.

4.⁠ ⁠Advance Training system - Improve the existing training system to provide appropriate training opportunities to members based on their preferences and goals, creating a group of diverse leaders to continue Queensway’s commitment.

We look forward to grow together, experience together, improve together in 2025. To be proud of being a JCI Queensway’s member and being an unique young leader.
