In line with the JCI Mission, we are committed to cultivating leaders. The theme for 2025 is "Lead with Pride, Be a Leader." At the Officer Training Camp, we are honored to have head trainer Past National President Senator Kenneth Yu, along with trainers Past President Senator Dorothy Chan, Past President Zion Fu, Past President Senator Lucy Jiang and Past President Senator Sylvia Lee. This strong team of trainers will share their extensive management experience and leadership insights with the 2025 Board of Directors. These insights and experiences are incredibly impactful and essential for the Board, bringing revolutionary innovation.
This camp will take us beyond Hong Kong to Nansha in the Greater Bay Area, providing an opportunity for the Board members to broaden their horizons and better prepare to "Lead with Pride, Be a Leader." In 2025, a series of training courses will be established for members at different stages to learn various leadership skills.
